I love my new family room and laundry room.  Everyone who tried to solve the problem of the washer's drain pipe running across my basement floor to reach the floor drain said I would have to jack hammer my concrete floor.  You were the only person who came up with a reasonable solution.    You suggested moving it up a level into a closet off the family room.  Your remedy solved two problems at the same time:  the washer could be plumbed into the plumbing at the other end of the house and my laundry room moved one level up from the basement.  Magnificent.  I can't tell you how much I like it.  

It has been incredible working with you.  All of your subcontractors and you are the hardest working people I have ever worked with.  Day after day, everyone worked hard and cared about remodeling my family room.  I felt you and the carpenter, plumber, electrician, painter and your son looked after it as if it were your own house project.  You made sure that everyone cleaned up after himself and you came by to inspect their work.  You called and let me know if you were running late, before you were late.  You guided me by offering me different options that allowed me to choose whether to stay within that budget.   

Throughout the four and a half weeks of the project, I felt incredibly special.  Then I found your website and read other people's comments about their projects.  I realized that you treat everyone this way.  What a way to do business!  I love it.
